Do you specifically want the PDF or will a reprint of the book do? If it's the latter then it might be worth contacting Swallowtail books on 7 (number probably needs confirming).

Back in 2001 they published, and sold, a reprint of the original book for �7.95. They might have some left. I see Amazon has some copies of the reprint for sale at �287.33. There are only three shelves in which it could have landed up -- and it was not in the one with the crossword collection. Well, to cut the long story short. I did find the hardcopy in the third shelf, which yeilded other long forgotten treasures, put there with the intention of reading them before filing them in their proper place. The 'to be read' pile was the culprit!

I do intend to scan it in (and try not to loose the file once more). If there is a demand for it, I can email. As for Swallowtail books, it looks like they do not have a web presence.
